Pricing Tool Analyst vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

  • Support the pricing project through specification analysis, testing, and business analysis activities.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Assist in the development, validation, and implementation of pricing tools and related processes.
  • Conduct data and pricing analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation related to pricing and testing processes.
  • Support the design and development of a new, cutting-edge re-pricing tool to replace the current pricing process, ensuring it is innovative, business-driven, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct requirement engineering, converting business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team.
  • Support solution quality assurance, including functional testing and validation to ensure the tool meets business expectations and delivers measurable value.
  • Provide data analytics and insights to support specification decision-making.
  • Assist with strategic communication and planning, including preparing senior management presentations and materials for specification sign-off.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Proven experience in pricing processes or tools within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of specification analysis, testing, and business requirements gathering.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, ideally with focus on pricing, tool development, transformation, or implementation projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of core banking systems, including experience with HOST/T24.
  • Solid knowledge of pricing mechanisms and methodologies in the banking sector.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, requirements, specifications, and testing.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Zurich as required.
