Für unseren Kunden, eine öffentliche Institution aus dem Bildungswesen in Basel, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Project Management Officer (PMO)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die interne und externe Projektkommunikation, einschließlich der Erstellung von Projektberichten, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen
  • Koordination und Organisation von Projektmeetings, Workshops und anderen projektbezogenen Veranstaltungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen und -dokumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschrit
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Projektwebsites und anderen Kommunikationsplattformen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektassistenz, idealerweise im IT-Bereich.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen, Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Microsoft Project, JIRA) und im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen und anderen Kommunikationsplattformen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie stilsicheren Deutschkenntnissen (Wort und Schrift). Englischkenntnisse auf min. B2 Level runden Ihr Profil ab.
