Our patented technology transforms fast-growing softwoods into a durable, high-quality, and climate-friendly alternative to tropical wood – for indoor and outdoor use.
To further strengthen our market presence, we are seeking you as an
Architectural Sales & Projects Lead
. In this role, you will develop our relationships with strategic partners, drive specification with planners and architectural firms, and secure long-term business opportunities.
Your impact
- You will support and develop key customers in Switzerland: architects, general contractors, tradespeople, dealers, building owners, and other partners.
- You will identify and win significant construction and design projects so that Kebony is considered in planning and execution from the outset.
- You will increase sales by expanding existing partnerships and developing new business areas.
- You will work closely with our Country Manager D/A/CH to implement the strategy.
- You contribute market information, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- You represent Kebony at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.
- You report regularly on your pipeline and business opportunities.
- You support marketing and communication measures in the Swiss market.
- You ensure high service quality and technical advice to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What are we looking for?
- Proven success in project sales and distribution, ideally in the field of building products, materials, or architecture. Experience with wood is a prerequisite.
- Strong network in the Swiss architecture and construction industry.
- Experience in managing accounts and working with architects, developers and contractors.
- Confident in the use of CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365) and always up-to-date pipeline.
- Results-oriented, with strong negotiation and relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, motivated and independent – with a passion for sustainable brands.
- Very good organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent in German and English (French is an advantage).
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, valid driver's license.
- Residence in Switzerland, ideally the greater Zurich, Basel or Bern area.
