About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Tech Lead
with a strong background in the
.NET technology stack
to lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems while ensuring delivery excellence across enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers/engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance through hands-on support, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
  • Drive best practices in software development, DevOps, security, and system performance.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and scope.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Testing, Release Management, and Infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in the .NET technology stack with solid database skills.
  • Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end enterprise project implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams and provide architectural oversight.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with CS/UBS environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to Azure Cloud platforms.
