Lead Software Architect - Role & Responsibilities
- Designing complex IT architectures within cutting-edge software solutions and delivering strategic, technology-focused guidance to our clients
- Providing technical leadership to project teams from kick-off through deployment, working closely with project management
- Inspiring, motivating and aligning both the project team and our clients around innovative ideas through strong, effective leadership
- Coaching team members in software engineering, architectural best practices and the application of agile methodologies, contributing significantly to project success
- Ensuring that all developed solutions meet high standards of scalability, security and performance
- Defining the technical vision for projects and overseeing its implementation in close collaboration with stakeholders
Lead Software Architect - Required Experience
- Fluent German
- 5+ years' in Software architecture/engineering
- TypeScript, , and SQL/NoSQL databases
- DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Security knowledge
