Job Requirements

• Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, along with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SRE, QA, DevSecOps, Agile).
• Deep expertise in leading complex technical and operational client projects in the areas of Data, AI, and Cloud.
• Strong record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and stringent functional and non-functional requirements. Experience of working with banking, insurance, or retail production environments is a great plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a leading software engineering role, either as a software architect or team lead.
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritise technological challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, whether during an ongoing client project or in business development activities.
• Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Willing to travel, both within Switzerland and internationally, to meet clients or collaborate with our centres of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on role, implying writing architecture/design specifications, code, performing code reviews, and being involved in all phases of software engineering.
• Supporting our sales team in pre-sales conversations with potential clients, RfP processes and demonstrating our capabilities and value proposition in the AI domain.
• Working on proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase the feasibility and impact of AI solutions for specific use cases and verticals.
• Advising our clients in technical workshops and throughout the entire client lifecycle, from conceptualisation to implementation and maintenance, assisting them in formulating their AI architecture, strategy, and development plan.
• Leading engineering projects from end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Working closely together with our centres of excellence, where you will coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's needs and expectations.
