Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and software architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI systems. This role is key in driving AI adoption and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Design

  • Design and architect AI/ML solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop scalable and efficient AI models, frameworks, and pipelines.

2. Technology Leadership

  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

3. Integration and Deployment

  • Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Ensure seamless deployment of AI models in production environments.

4. Collaboration

  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and cloud teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.

5. Governance and Compliance

  • Establish best practices for AI development, including ethical AI principles.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

6. Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • A Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience

  • Proven experience (
    5+ years
    ) in AI/ML development and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Certifications (Optional)

  • AI/ML certifications from recognized platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer).
