As part of our Artificial Intelligence organisation, you'll drive and support the development of AI solutions across Zurich's Business Units, fostering reuse and collaboration to unlock new opportunities and create a brighter future together.

Join our AI Architecture Team – Shaping the Future of Technology at Zurich through setting up and running the AI-led Platform for the enterprise.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions
• Guide the analysis of data, evaluate AI models, and identify opportunities to expand the AI platform
• Support the implementation and deployment of AI agents and use cases into the AI Platform
• Lead efforts to build scalable and robust AI Platform components
• Document AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and scalability of AI solutions running on the platform
• Apply and improve enterprise architecture standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and reliability
• Define the approach for delivering and continuously evolving AI platforms and solutions
• Gather and refine requirements to support the ongoing growth of the AI platform
• Mentor and train engineers in the application of best practices and guidelines #DNI #DNI

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with AI, cloud, and data architecture and implementation
• More than 5 years' experience as an IT architect working on complex solutions or platforms
• Proven ability to work in and lead multicultural, global teams
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI platforms, and Responsible AI principles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), AI/ML, or enterprise architecture are an advantage
• Continuous learning and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge
