Job Description

Shape the Future of Digital Innovation

Join Kanadevia Inova as a Lead Enterprise Architect and drive our digital transformation. You'll define the architectural vision, align technology with business goals, and lead innovation across the group. This is your chance to influence strategy and build a sustainable, future-ready IT landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Set the Vision: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint across business, data, applications, and technology
  • Shape Strategy: Align architecture decisions with business and digital goals for long-term impact
  • Drive Alignment: of IT and OT systems, focusing on IoT platform integration and cybersecurity
  • Lead Innovation: Explore emerging technologies like AI, cloud, data platforms to shape our future
  • Ensure Governance: Establish standards & principles for secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
  • Build Community: Lead, inspire a network of Solution & Data Architects to foster collaboration and excellence
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: University degree in IT or related field and at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of architecture principles, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide solution design
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with cloud, data management, security, integration platforms; awareness of AI trends (Generative & Agentic AI)
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and work across teams in Agile environments
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
