Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Production & Distribution team within our Private Clients segment, focusing on operational excellence in the realm of digital touchpoints such as email/dialogue marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, UX principles, and a passion for creating engaging client experiences

What would your role be?

• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with both, our firm's sales aspirations and brand guidelines. This includes turning our content into compelling emails, setting up distribution, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement.
• Design and refine visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for client-facing and internal purposes, ensuring consistency with Vontobel's branding.
• Collaborate with your stakeholders and the content team to tailor your deliverables for specific audiences. This includes translations and editing for a channel-savvy distribution, ensuring relevance and alignment with client needs.
• Apply user experience (UX) principles to digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless navigation, intuitive design, and enhanced client engagement across email campaigns, blogs, and other digital assets.
• Support the team in the operational implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality control across all deliverables.
• Together with our Marketing Analytics team, you monitor and analyze performance metrics for email campaigns, blog articles, and other digital content, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, analytics, and digital marketing platforms to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email/dialogue marketing, end-to-end project handling, and, ideally, presentation design.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website publishing tools.
• The ability to create visually compelling marketing material based on templates (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email customization is a plus.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in digital marketing to enhance client engagement.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights and eventually improvements in your field of work.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and client units.
