Digital Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

AUFGABEN

Es erwarten Dich spannende Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen auf LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads und Google Ads
  • Analyse von Website-Traffic mit Google Analytics und Google Tag Manager
  • Ownership von Marketing-Tools wie Hubspot, Docusign und Octotable
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der digitalen Touchpoints entlang der Customer Journey (inkl. Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Marketing-Automation und Lead-Nurturing mit HubSpot
  • KPI-Reporting der Marketing-Aktivitäten & Sales-Pipeline
  • Pflegen von Profileinträgen auf Marketingplattformen (Google Mybusiness, Coworking Plattformen, Sales Partners, etc.)
  • Copywriting für Blogartikel, Landingpages und Werbekampagnen
  • Website Content-Management mit Wordpress
  • Projektmanagement für diverse Marketingaktivitäten

ANFORDERUNGEN

Wen suchen wir:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing
  • Begeisterung für neue MarTech-Trends und die Fähigkeit, Dir Tools selbst anzueignen
  • Freude an Daten, KPIs und Performance-Optimierung
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest hands-on und bist auch ohne starre Strukturen effizient und zielorientiert
