Are you passionate about digital marketing, online advertising, and technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enhancing digital advertising strategies.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns, helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies
Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships
Work towards achieving key performance metrics and sales targets

What Were Looking For:

Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: 24,310 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
Performance bonus package: Up to 3,000 - 4,290 gross annually
Hybrid work model: Based in Barcelona
Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and health insurance support
Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 39h/week)
