Supplier Quality Auditor

Your Mission:

  • Drive robust supplier qualification processes to maintain and grow a high-performing supplier network.
  • Lead compliance audits covering technical standards, QMS, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously enhance supplier quality assurance and performance.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Act as the key interface between suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to improve quality and reduce OTD-related costs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier audit plan aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct external audits at subcontractor sites in Switzerland and internationally (travel up to 80%).
  • Partner with inspection teams to monitor manufacturing processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and oversee corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Track corrective action implementation and resolve non-conformities.
  • Organize regular reviews of supplier evaluation metrics.

Your Profile:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years in supplier management and procurement.
  • Solid experience in quality control and ISO 9001 auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
