Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Global Engineering suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Head of Plant Engineering (w/m/d), 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Leitung des Bereichs Plant Engineering über alle bestehenden Produktions-Cluster hinweg
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Koordination der Plant Engineering Leads und Gebäude-Verantwortlichen
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit, Effizienz und Sicherheit der Produktionsanlagen im Verantwortungsbereich (Clusters)
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien und Digitalisierungslösungen zur Steigerung der Anlageneffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Investitionsprojekten, Anlagenoptimierungen und technischen Innovationen
  • Verantwortung für Instandhaltungsstrategien, CAPEX-Planung und technische Standards
  • Schnittstellenmanagement mit den Bereichen Manufacturing, Quality, TechOps, HSE und externen Partnern
  • Monitoring von KPIs, Budgetverantwortung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung technischer Prozesse
  • Führt ein Team von Plant Engineering Cluster Leads und einem Gebäudeowner

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mind. 10 Jahre Leadership Erfahrung im technischen Bereich eines Produktionsunternehmens in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Allgemeine Kenntnisse über die Planung, den Bau, die Technik und die Wartung von pharmazeutischen Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessleittechnik, Automatisierung und Anlagenqualifizierung
  • Signifikante Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
  • Optimalerweise Produktionserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und digitalen Kollaborationstools
  • Kenntnisse in SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit CMMS Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
