In the course of our development strategy, we offer you a new challenge in our Company as **Junior Global HR Manager** (M/F/d).
- We are exciting to open this new opportunity for a Junior Global HR Manager (80-100%). In this role, you will report to the Senior Head of Global HR. Your responsibility is to lead HR projects on a global level and to work closely with the local HR Managers to implement successfully the HR Strategy. Travelling is required 30% of your time. In this role you will be able to design new processes, work on new projects but there is also an operational part.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the Senior Head of Global HR in the implementation of the HR Global strategy across the group aligned with the business objectives
- Lead HR projects as a project leader and implement across the group
- Build up a positive and happy relationship with the local HR Managers/Heads
- Harmonize and optimize HR processes across the sites on a global level
- Create, maintain Global HR policy/guideline across the organization with taking into consideration the local environment
- Responsible for the Headcount / FTE Reporting for the Group
- Management of the Expat population in terms of HR Admin
- Organize events like the Annual Global HR Meeting which gathers HR Heads/Managers from all countries
- Develop different HR programs such as Talent Management, Training academy in order to support employee’s development
- Recruitment of different roles
- HR Admin tasks (update forms, )
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor with focus on HR Management or similar discipline
**Experience**:
- Experience in an international environment working across different country
- Experience with dealing with Senior Leadership Team
- Previous experience in Talent management, HR Analytics, OCM is a plus
- 3-5 years of project management experience by leading projects from the scratch until implementation
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role in HR within an international environment
- Language: English. German and/or French is an advantage
