Capex Project Controller Sisslerfeld

The Bachem Group is investing in a new site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacity by the end of the decade. The new production site will play a central role in achieving these goals.

The initiation phase of the project offers you unique opportunities to shape the future organization. To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed CAPEX Project Controller (f/m/d), 100%.

**Your tasks**:

- Management and monitoring of financial transactions in connection with CAPEX projects
- Management and monitoring of planning credits
- Interaction with Construction Management for the management and control of execution credits
- Carrying out and monitoring the invoice verification, including the interfaces to construction accounting
- Management and processing of supplements and change orders
- Monitoring and managing project reserves
- Planning and monitoring the outflow of funds, preferably using BP
- Preparing regular cost reports and maintaining financial records

**Your profile**:

- Degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Several years of experience in controlling large engineering projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the use of data analysis and reporting tools, e.g. Power BI
- Knowledge of the BKP structure used in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of SAP, as well as experience with construction accounting software (e.g. Messerli)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity and capability to manage uncertainty while maintaining effective decision-making
- Very good knowledge of German and English, project language in English
