Personal Assistant to President EU South, Middle East and Africa (m/f/d %
You create value by actively supporting our
President of Europe South Middle East and Africa & to the Head of HR
for the same region
in handling their daily agenda, travel requests and priorities. As the central point of contact, you provide help with keeping communication flowing amongst their teams and with managing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Proactive coordination of inbox and calendar, ensuring prioritisation of requests, activities, and tasks. Applies creative problem-solving to daily challenges, enabling smooth and efficient engagements.
- Planning and organisation of business travel, events, workshops, and meetings—both internal and external. Manages agendas, prepares meeting rooms, welcomes guests, and ensures timely preparation of all relevant materials and documentation.
- Acts as a key liaison with regional and local management teams, their assistants, staff, suppliers, and clients. Serves as the first point of contact for General Managers, customers, and stakeholders, filtering and highlighting matters to support the Manager's focus and priorities.
- Handles a variety of administrative and organisational responsibilities, including expense reporting, invoice verification, maintaining distribution lists, and preparing memos, briefs, presentations, and correspondence. Supports internal processes and administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Further requirements may include:
- Commercial Education (possibly further training as a federally certified executive assistant)
- Several years of experience in assisting C-level suite in a global environment
- High degree of professionalism in managing sensitive information, of customer service and a proactive can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Main language requirement is English. Any other language is a plus.
