Join us as a Global HR Total Rewards Specialist and help drive impactful compensation programs across regions—data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business goals. Your impact Maintain and implement global C&B processes and tools for the Schindler Group in collaboration with KGs and HR Business Solutions & Technology. Lead and coordinate annual C&B year-end processes, including performance management, variable pay, compensation planning, and share allocation. Contribute to global market intelligence activities by managing data collection and liaising with external benchmark providers. Maintain and monitor C&B data quality and support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools. Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, payline and benchmarking. Participate in global C&B projects and initiatives.
