**Team Assistant (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you actively support the Group CFO Office and the respective departments in the daily operations. It is an opportunity to work with many of Schindler’s top management key players. You have a strong interest in collaborating with the global finance community in different geographical zones and countries while also being a team member in the Global Finance organization.

Main tasks include:

- Organization of business trips, workshops, as well as meetings and events
- Preparation of presentations, communications and documents in English and German
- Entry as well as leaving support for new team members
- General Backoffice tasks
- Maintenance of Intranet and other platforms
- Being the deputy of the Personal Assistant of the Group CFO

Further requirements may include:

- Background in Office Management, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in Event or Workshop Management
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (O365)
- Native German skills and working proficiency in English
