**Technical Project Manager R&D Machines (M/F/d) 80-100 %**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role you are one of the technical project managers of the electrical machines moving our elevators and part of a dynamic team covering the full scope of the machine development. As technical project manager, you plan and manage the assigned projects to achieve the expected outcome on time, cost, quality and technical requirements. You have a strong technical background in electrical machines and / or understanding of system design.

Key responsibilities include:
**Project management**
- Create and maintain the project plan (work breakdown structure, schedule with milestones, required resources and budget). Ensure adherence to defined processes within the project
- Organize and moderate milestone reviews, project meetings, change control boards. Track findings and open issues to closure
- Anticipate scope and schedule changes and implement suitable adaptive methods to ensure the right priorities during project execution
- Network and communicate with all stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations
- Set-up of product cost estimation and subsequent product cost tracking

**Technical tasks**
- Create technical project deliverables in strong collaboration with the electrical and mechanical engineers in the machine team
- Prepare Component Design Specifications for Machine and Brakes, as well as the technical documentation and installation/maintenance manuals
- Provide technical support for production and field operations

Further requirements may include:

- Master’s degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years professional experience in project management within a technical environment and in multi-site / multi-national project management
- Good technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical product and system-design
- Ability to understand the customer and the market
- Good communication skills and executive edge
- Inspiring team player, a generator of innovative ideas with a drive for results
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
