**R&D Business Controller 80 - 100 % (M/F/d)**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
The Global Entity Controllers create value through Business Controlling and management of the Finance departments in the divisions of Headquarters and Global R&D, as well as through consulting to and business partnering with the various functions within those entities.

Global R&D, headquartered in Ebikon (Switzerland), is delivering state-of-the-art R&D services through 5 locations in Asia, India, Switzerland, USA and Brazil.

Business Controlling as an internal service provider guides the R&D organization toward its ambitions, delivering financial services based on robust and lean processes.

Main tasks include:

- Performing monthly closings of Ebikon-based entity (costs and headcount) and consolidation of other R&D reporting entities
- Support and execute budget plans, preparation of guidelines, templates and consolidation to R&D level of the Ebikon-based entity
- Overall responsibility of support and administration of investment activities (opening, planning, controlling) for R&D project administration
- Actively support Ebikon-based R&D reporting entities with daily activities, project administration of contract and planning and budgeting for projects
- Leading and further developing 1 direct report
- Contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes

Further requirements may include:

- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance / Controlling
- At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on Controlling international environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- IT affinity
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills paired with strong communication skills
- Business fluency in English and German
- Project management skills and SAP tools experience is a plus
