**Mission**

For the past years, Chopard has decided to reinforce its digital investments in developing the online customer journey. We started by reinforcing our foundations, reworking our online presence strategy as well as our global digital brand image and identity. Today traffic acquisition is the corner stone of our online visibility. Investments are made into social marketing, social advertising, and social CRM, developing our interactions with our clients to transform a simple like into loyalty.

We are looking for a new team member to manage Chopard’s global efforts to increase our reach, visibility, and engagement towards our communities, sustain and develop our web traffic and generate conversion.

Within the digital team, the International Digital Acquisition Manager will work hand in hand with the International Social Media Manager in charge of organic digital campaigns as well as the International Digital Experience Manager responsible for the website ecosystem.

A minimum of 5 years of experience on a similar post is required.

**Main tasks**

You will be responsible for the global acquisition strategy and annual digital media planning of the Maison Chopard.

Your goal is to ensure an optimum acquisition strategy through different strategic channels: social advertising, video advertising, SEA, influence, pure players etc.

**Acquisition strategy, planification, reporting & analysis**
- Develop the Maison’s global media strategy based on Business Intelligence data
- Elaborate the annual media planning
- Ensure the well implementation and execution of the campaigns
- Annual budget allocation, spending and optimization
- Manage external media agency
- Optimization, reporting, benchmarking, and best practices of global acquisition
- Knowledge of and experience with the Chinese Social Media Platforms is a strong plus
- You will be a part of the acquisition committee whose role is to ensure the strategic investments of the Maison throughout the year

**Creation of **content dedicated to advertising campaigns**

- Plan timely marketing/communication campaigns on major acquisition channels
- Deploy content strategy throughout all channels
- Coordinate the effort to design, promote, and maintain a standardized look & feel, and functionality across channels
- Ensure that content is effectively identified, written, produced, and formatted for each channel and format, that it reflects audience interests and performs
- Collaboration with internal creative teams and management of creative agencies

**Influencer **campaigns**

- Continually identify new media contacts and influencers to cultivate
- Develop and coordinate international social media & influencer campaigns in collaboration with our talent team

**E-tailing**
***_In collaboration with the Retail & Wholesale teams_
- Facilitate ongoing communication with both Retail and Wholesale departments
- Provide retail and wholesale teams with yearly advertising calendars, toolkits, and packages for them to relay the paid campaigns
- Work hand in hand with subsidiaries to accompany them on the implementation of international campaigns on a local scale
- You will serve as a central point with all the subsidiaries to advise them on their local acquisition strategy

**Project management**
- Plan, execute, and measure cross-platform projects that carry consistent branding and messaging through social media advertising, SEA, influencer campaigns, pure-players etc.
- You will manage a direct team of 2 people as well as in-house and external designers, agencies, and various partners.

**Other**
- Collaborate with other departments in Geneva: PR, communication, talent team, product marketing, image, retail, wholesale etc.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries: work hand in hand with markets to define local strategies, help optimize their budgets, implement their campaigns, report on performances
- Provide strategic mentorship for markets with respect to timelines, editorial calendar, tone of voice, strategy budget optimization etc.
