In this role you will be partnering with Global Marketing & Sales Leaders and Community Leaders in Electrification Business Area, you will lead the Academy commercial competency development strategy definition for each division. You will select and promote optimal training programs in the areas of marketing & sales (strategy & leadership, key account management, value-based selling, etc.), pricing & commercial operations, and digital transformation (eCommerce, predictive sales analytics/AI, etc.).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partnering with Global Marketing & Sales Leaders and Global HR Business Partners to assimilate their strategic behavior change / competency development expectations, provide insights on M&S performance gaps observed on the field, and advise on most appropriate training answers/programs seeking synergies/investment optimization across divisions
- Planning and delivering programs globally, to develop expected commercial competencies and achieve measurable business performance improvements.
- Define strategic commercial training objectives and support local sales organization yearly training plan creations; Oversee program implementation working with the Academy Learning Partners
- Manage budget creation and tracking around Commercial learning programs
- Become master trainer proficient in order to accelerate global program cascade and adoption via train-the trainer/coaching, etc.
- Develop/manage program localization process including local case input and required translations, in cost-optimizing way and engaging local/regional L&D teams where existing; Manage vendor selection, quality and relationship

**Your background**:

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Energy industry
- 10+ years’ experience in Marketing & Sales L&D program / project Fluent English, written and spoken, and excellent facilitation/presentation skills
- management: consulting and/or research experience is a plus
- Proven experience designing commercial learning outcomes/programs based on strategic
- and assessment-based priorities (in the areas of value selling, sales leadership, pricing, commercial operations, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen, both for results tracking/reporting and for budget management
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a global matrix organization
- Ability and experience of working effectively, globally and locally, with business leaders
- Ability to influence others to believe in a vision and expected business outcomes, and make the case to unlock successful changes
- Ability to withstand adversity and draft creative solutions to work around obstacles coming your way
