**Objectives**:

- Establish and define key strategic commercial priorities, continue to shape and develop commercial strategy, take lead in driving the commercial strategy process in close collaboration with your immediate team members, the commercial organization, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and execute a breadth of commercial excellence initiatives.
- Track progress, provide transparency, and ensure impact creation of projects as per the defined goals.
- Development and implementation of sales tools, sales materials, sales methodologies, and training schemes. Setup of key performance indicators, optimization of processes, digitalization of sales and marketing etc.
- Content development, project management, and stakeholder management on a global level and across functions.

**Your profile**:

- Master of Science in business and /or economics with top grades from a leading university.
- Broad experience in strategy, marketing, sales and / or account management. Additional experience with digitalization is considered a plus.
- Strong consulting toolkit, either from working in a strategy consultancy (preferred) or non-consulting environment (e.g., corporate strategy / business development department etc.) where similar skills were acquired and demonstrated.
- Previous demonstrated impact in driving commercial strategy processes and executing commercial excellence projects in a global environment, as well as the management of complex commercial customer-facing projects.
- Ability to drive forward the commercial agenda based on in-depth experience in engaging with and managing stakeholder groups from diverse cultural backgrounds, internal and external audiences, and varying levels of seniority. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence others based on profound indirect leadership skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
