- We are looking for a Customer Success Training Excellence Manager in our Customer Success and Audiology team who leads the development of training learning plans g and deployment strategies to support global launches and campaigns.- In this position you will work closely with Product Audiology, Audiology Leadership, Group companies and Sales enablement teams to ensure the latest online and face to face training methodologies and best practices are integrated into both the customer's and consumer purchasing journey.- You will report directly to the Senior Director Global Audiology and Customer Success.**Your tasks**
- Training Excellence Strategic tasks- Define customers content and deployment strategy for launches and campaigns, including planning and implementation across the sales funnel
- Design, develop, and deliver successful training programs and integrate instructional technology for both face-to-face and virtual training
- Monitor specific KPI’s, bowlers and dashboards to track progress on impact education and training has on the sales purchasing journey, including account type and behavioral segmentations
- General Tasks- Work in partnership with solution launches and in-market campaigns owners to create concepts on how to integrate meaningful content along the sales / purchasing journey
- Support audiologists in optimizing content documents and training plans taking into consideration latest best practices in storytelling and engagement - online and offline
- Set up pilots with Group Companies to look at how different training concepts and customer success value-added service delivery models can be used to drive sales
- Create, coordinate, and present trainings / lectures with HQ marketing and internationally, and support our Group Companies
- Keep up with current trends and global changes in the field of Audiology
**Your profile**
- Audiology doctorate degree with deep up-to-date knowledge in Audiology
- Expert instructional designer with experience in the med-tech field
- Experience with supporting teams in creating content for different stages of the sales funnel / buying journey
- Audiology training experience with focus on supporting and growing sales from wholesale to hearing care professionals
- Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined personality
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Familiarity with presentation and conferencing software, with Docebo, and general competence with Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze sales data in Excel and Dashboard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English skills; German is an asset
