**Who you are**:

- You have a passion for and knowledge within leadership, learning and development - and want to create a company where learning is an organic part of the daily work and part of our DNA.
- You are a collaborating networker who takes the lead in driving change.
- You have experience from leading L&D and leadership development initiatives.
- You are a strong facilitator, have solid project management skills and are comfortable working with different forms of communication (IRL and digital)
- You have university degree, Bachelor or higher.
- Experience from the industry is a plus.
