**What it's about**
Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will work directly with the senior leadership team of the Department Head Investment Services, and support on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the firm:
- Develop strategic and operational business initiatives in liaison with the Business Department Head and the Business Unit Heads, driving the respective business analysis
- Prepare engaging management presentations
- Track Business Department and Business Unit goals and KPIs, coordinate with stakeholders on progress and milestone achievements, and report regularly to executive bodies
- Support on Business Department project management initiatives (incl. data driven research and analysis for such projects), monitor project progress, and prepare project status updates
- Own headcount data and related topics (e.g. monitoring of flows, preparation of onboarding plans, identification of training needs etc.)
- Analyze and perform budgetary planning for the Business Department and the Business Units
- Draft and disseminate executive and project meeting minutes
- Facilitate local, regional and global Business Department and Leadership Offsites, Town Halls, and various governance meetings (incl. internal communications)
**What we expect**
- Top academic credentials in business administration and/or finance
- 4+ years of experience within investments, preferably from a private equity/asset management firm or investment bank
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality output towards deadlines
- Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented project management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Proficiency in English
