**What it's about**

Partners Group is seeking to hire a Zug-based Junior Business Manager to join the COO Office. The Junior Business Manager will provide administrative and operational support to Partners Group's Group Chief Operating Officer / Group General Counsel - under the guidance of the Chief of Staff Corporate Operations - and will contribute to various firmwide projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the firm.

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong exposure to Partners Group's senior leadership. This is a very exciting role, combining management support and project management elements, offering lots of opportunities to learn, build your network and grow your career at one of the leading global private markets investment management firms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the COO (member of the Executive Team) with administrative and day-to-day operational tasks as well as on corporate matters (e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Legal)
- Prepare management presentations and related documents
- Provide support in strategic and operational projects and initiatives
- Prepare recurring reporting deliverables based on established processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the globe for project and reporting related matters
- Facilitate workshops and offsites
- Draft and disseminate meeting minutes

**What we expect**
- Top academic credentials; bachelor's or master's degree (business degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an international work environment, preferably in the financial industry or consulting (strong graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered)
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus (e.g. German)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Highly organized, analytical mindset and structured way of working
- Detail-oriented and able to stay focused and deliver high quality work under pressure and tight timelines
- Positive can-do personality and ability to see the big picture and anticipate issues that may arise
- Ambitious with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Team player and willingness to work in front as well as behind the scenes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
