The Julius Baer Business Management Team seeks a highly motivated and experienced team player to take a role in advising, developing, and executing all aspects, supporting the bank’s group strategy, objectives, and purpose.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- A challenging and broad role with responsibility to drive the development of the Sub-Region as well to pro-actively support the running of the daily business
- Opportunity to experience best of both worlds: get hands on experience to front business while staying exposed to high profile topics and stakeholders
- Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives and managing project stakeholders
- Drive analytics, prepare presentations and provide ad-hoc support to the Sub-Region Head and the Management Committee of the Sub-Region
- Manage autonomously regular business management activities and administrative tasks
- Collaboration and coordination with individual departments of the Bank, act as the interface to other internal stakeholder

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years profound experience in consulting or within a business development function in Private Banking
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high attention to details without losing focus on what really matters
- Enjoy dealing with a multitude of topics and able to effectively prioritize among competing tasks
- Structured and independent thinking in a complex and challenging environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to multi-task
- Fluency in English and German
