**What it's about**

Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will directly work with the senior leadership team of the Private infrastructure Department Head and support on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the infrastructure department and Partners Group.

**Key activities**:

- You will be part of a dynamic Team within the Private Infrastructure Department, supporting various projects and initiatives and aiming at ensuring business and operational success of Partners Group
- Drive business analysis for strategic and operational projects of the Infrastructure Business Department
- Develop strategic and operational business initiatives and liaison with Business Unit executives
- Prepare management presentations
- Draft executive committee meeting papers
- Track business department and business unit goals, coordinate with stakeholders on progress and milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies
- Support on Business Department project management initiatives (incl. data driven research and analysis for such projects), monitor project progress and prepare project status updates
- Track business department and unit goals on a recurring basis; communicate milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies
- Prepare the annual investment outlook for infrastructure with the input from e.g. regional Business Unit heads and Asset Management
- Support fundraising efforts together with the Direct Sales team by supporting with ad hoc requests, preparing the Annual General Meeting presentation(s), fundraising prognoses, and miscellaneous marketing-related tasks

**What we expect**
- Minimum 3 to 5-year experience, preferably within strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity/asset management. MBA is a plus
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive mind-set with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Project management skills are a plus
- Proficiency in English, other European languages are an asset
