In this Global role, you will be a critical member of the newly formed pricing strategy & excellence team that is focused on improving the performance of the pricing function across the regions, implementing consistent data structures, processes, and tools, globally. As a Project Manager, you will be managing, driving and implementing ABB’s global Price Optimization tool globally for approx. 1.7B business for part, services and solutions business. You will work cross-functionally at multiple levels with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully ensure the delivery of the pricing tool and further components of our Price Optimization/CPQ roadmap. This implies to foster the collaboration between several cross-functional teams e.g. technology-, business
- and process stakeholders, as well as the alignment with other running ABB initiatives. This role is expected to run a full lifecycle from running a pilot to global implementation.

Global Pricing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives. Prepare budget based on scope of work, resource requirements and track project costs to meet budget. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Align & build collaboration within resources in the business. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project implementation, risks and dependencies.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Work closely with IT/IS team to ensure proper alignment and transfer of data from SAP/data lake into Price Optimization Tool.
- Develop and provide rollouts and process (Current vs. future state) and tool trainings to achieve adoption and best practices:

- Plan and realize roll-outs across global decentral market organizations.
- Drive local migration plans to realize local requirements in line with rolled out new solutions and processes.

- and functional trainings for multiplicators remotely as well as on-site.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business;
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, pricing tool implementation or CPQ tool;
- 5+ years of experience in project execution within complex program structures involving a large number of stakeholders in a market oriented decentral setting;
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken);
- Team leads experience coordinating experts with different functional, cultural and methodological backgrounds;
- Ability to travel globally;
- Strong thinker with a clear can-do-attitude and pragmatic approach;
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating alignments between different functional stakeholders, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely;
- A solution-oriented mindset, combining customer focus with business acumen when contributing to business case modelling or shaping self-service reporting;
- Capability to turn data and analysis into insights and learnings.
