The Output Management section is part of the Banking Operations organisation and supports mutliple booking centers, providing print and electronic output & dispatch, archiving, holdmail and general mailing services. It works closely with IT and Marketing in order to shape and provide the most suitable services for the Front as much as for the end clients.

It is responsible for running the entire Output Management function for the booking center Switzerland on a daily basis, including period-end processing, and for providing selected services also to the booking centres in Luxemburg and in Asia.

Projects are supported for all booking centers: The team scopes the required changes in close collaboration with all stakeholders and according to the bank’s strategy, specifies them and works closely with the IT department during implementation.

**YOUR CHALLENGE

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on way of working is essential for this job
- Sound knowledge of electronic document management, ideally in a banking environment, and good IT knowledge, particularly in the area of data handling, are equally necessary
- Technical knowhow in terms of electronic document handling, data structures and data handling as well as interfacing is a must
- Analytical skills and an independent and self-motivated way of working are expected
- At least five years work experience in the documents and data management field is a pre-requisite. Ideally, experience has been gained in a banking environment
- A background in consulting will be helpful, but solid and proven line management skills are required
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a must. Work takes place in both languages and high quality skills are expected.
- A strategic view of the output management topic and the willingness to drive the strategy forward - in small and big steps alike - is required
