Then join us as our Head Key Management, become a manager and thought leader of the technical area of Key Management, and help us build and operate a home where all our cryptographic keys can live happily ever after.**What You Will Do**
- directly responsible for managing employees (both functional and HR responsibilities)
- ownership and general authority over the complete Key Management area
- define, operate and act as overall product owner for customer-facing IT services (e.g., PKI, HSM), maintain processes and ensure compliance with company policies, security frameworks, as well as industry best practices
- support internal and external customers, develop new services based on organizational needs and ensure overall service quality, stability, and maturity
- manage stakeholders and coordinate team activities such as planning, organizing maintenance and vendor communication

**What You Bring**
- open-minded and curious, with a sense of ownership, who brings a can-do and cost-benefit attitude while cultivating and showing appreciation and humility
- 3+ years of experience in line managerial roles and 5+ years of experience fields of Information or IT Security
- proactively improve security service offering, with a strong quality
- and customer-focus mentality
- well-informed on latest security trends, industry standards (e.g., NIST, BSI, ISF, etc.) and best practices
- fluency in English (both verbal & written)
