Are you an inspirational people leader that enjoys building and driving a sales team to achieve sustainable growth? We are currently seeking a Regional Head of Sales to join our Asset Manager Relationship Management business unit within Clearstream Fund Centre. As the Head of Sales for Asset Managers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing relationships with asset managers.
**Your responsibilities**
- Driving sustainable and profitable growth for the Asset Management segment in the EMEA (ex UK, ex Middle East) region, and depending on experience, also APAC.
- Lead a team of experienced Sales Directors
- Assume a leadership role within the Zurich office, and as a member of the Asset Management Sales Leadership Team
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for CFS, including the definition and implementation of client segmentation.
- Play a major role in defining the CFS value proposition, and in implementing pricing strategy.
- Cover and develop key account asset management clients on behalf of CFS, representing all business lines of CFS, with a particular focus on Distribution and Data.
- Close collaboration with other key functions of Clearstream Fund Centre AG and Kneip, especially with Distributor Coverage and Operations.
- Maintain and increase level of client satisfaction.
**Your profile**
- University degree preferably in economics, business administration and/or a comparable training or professional formation.
- Professional experience in the financial industry in similar functions for 15+ years.
- Proximity to Asset Management, Fund Distribution and Fund Data.
- In-depth practical and professional experience from a managerial position in building and managing sales functions regarding length of service, nature and complexity of the business, scope of competencies, technical knowledge, and team size.
- Highly motivated, pro-active, self-managed, high work ethics, goal-oriented approach coupled with analytical skills. Work under pressure with high degree of reliability and sense of urgency and execution.
- Ability to lead price negotiations with demanding clients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured way and present them in accordance with different target audiences, such as clients, senior management, and team members.
- Inclusive leadership style, leveraging diversity and ability to lead and work well with international teams based in different locations.
- Experience in data monetization topics will be a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German/Swiss-German and French language skills will be a plus.
