Our business unit CORE is the expert leader in thermophysiological effects for sports and wellness. As we exercise, our core body temperature increases which can greatly affect performance output, but with CORE we can minimize these effects. CORE is creating a new sports sensor category that is quickly being adopted by athletes all over the world.

In the light of our global expansion, we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Unit CORE

Tasks

Your mission
- Take full responsibility for P&L of Business Unit CORE with direct report to the group CEO
- Shape our product, price, and distributions (DTC, B2B and B2B2C)strategies. Develop and implement short
- and long-term sales strategies
- Drive global marketing activities, based on our existing experience and new market insights you will gather
- Further raise awareness and value for the CORE brand
- Collaborate closely with the product team to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback
- Lead, mentor and develop a growing tea

**Requirements**:
**You will bring to the team**:

- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with a strong desire to work in an agile, fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Hands on /Get things done attitude
- Commercial /sales experience preference
- Track record of leadership and business success in one of the following

**markets**: Sportstech, Sports Apparel, Consumer Electronics
- Capability to identify and seize opportunities
- Result driven with strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Motivational ambitious Leader
- Team player who enjoys working in international environment
- Proficiency in English. German would be plus
- Willingness to travel
