**Global IS Domain Owner for Infrastructure Services**:

The Domain Owner is the key strategic interface to the business customers identi-fying, consolidating, and managing customer demand. They are accountable for the Infrastructure Services Department Delivery for the whole lifecycle of IS archi-tectural and infrastructural solutions resulting from Business demands. Leads a global team of IS Service Owners in the GBS IS Infrastructure Services De-partment (Hosting, Connectivity, Service Delivery Management).
**Your responsibilities**:
- Partners with the IS Business Process and Product Owners and all other IS organization leaders to assure the delivery of the supply services based on the deliverables agreed in the Service Agreement as well as projects
- Is accountable for each solution and service architecture, in line with corpo-rate standards and service model and governance defined
- Ensures multiple and cross-Domain Department delivery initiatives are aligned, effectively assigned, and deliver added value for the domain de-partment services
- Provides full cost transparency and proactively enquires efficiency improve-ment opportunities
- Ensures demands adherence in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), that agreed time, budget, and quality specifications are met; all with-in the department’s practice competence.
- Is accountable for definition and recommendation delivery costs and over-sees the definition of costs and schedules in the domain department
- Collaborates with IS business customers and service owners, and manages assigned budget effectively, and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs
**Your background**:
- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar
- Superior IS development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Superior leadership skills
- Superior experience in problem-solving and crisis management concepts
- Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Fluent spoken and written English
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a must
