The primary role of the Service Owner is to create the Digital Scouting service lifecycle and roadmap so that it aligns with the vision that is created by the Business Owner, IS goals and objectives. The Service Owner is accountable for the delivery of a specific IS service and is responsible for the service management of a specific service in the organization. They are the representative/spokesperson of the service in the whole organization. The Service Owner has visible and expert leadership in the service offering, in the further development and effective implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the development of commercial effectiveness of the service. They are accountable that IS service is in scope of the service line, with the customer/consumer in mind, and is fully compliant with security, control regulations and standards.

**Your responsibilities**:

- The Service Owner is responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope in time, budget and in line with the customer's expectations.
- Is responsible to implement the service delivery strategy and service delivery plan for assigned service(s).
- In concert with all relevant stakeholders ensures satisfaction with IS services understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IS services; all within the scope of responsibility.
- Ensures work in the delivery department is compliant with Corporate IS and any other applicable ABB Regulations (internal and external) and ABB Group Guidelines, especially ABB IS Guidelines and Directive, which deal with IS service delivery
- Is responsible to supports all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery or IS service demand in the relevant service area of responsibility
- Effectively supports processes that foster service improvement
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification
- Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent IS development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Track records in leading IS vendors
- Solid communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to understand the customers/consumers and associated personas requirements
- Extensive experience in identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams
- Excellent experience to figure out business requirements and how to translate into technical IS capabilities and solutions
- Strong experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of IS technology
- Strong in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
