**Global IS Domain Owner for Corporate Functions Domains**:

The Domain Owner is the key strategic interface to the business customers identifying, consolidating and managing customer demand. Domain Owner is accountable for defining the IS domain strategy and roadmap, own the entire budget for this area, understand and manage the services portfolio in the domain and is accountable for all compliance matters. Leads a global team of IS Service Owners and the GBS IS Domain Department (HR, Corporate Communication and Legal&Integrity).

**This position reports to**:
Head of GBS IS Domains

**Your responsibilities**:

- Builds long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
- Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders, delivery of services and transformation projects, acting as a single point of con-tact for senior stakeholders and facilitating relationships between them.
- Partners with the IS Business Process and Product Owners and all other IS organization leaders in order to assure the delivery of the supply of services based on the deliverables agreed in the Service Agreement as well as projects
- Is accountable for each solution and service architecture, in line with corporate standards and service model, and governance defined
- Ensures multiple and cross-Domain department delivery initiatives are aligned, effectively assigned and deliver added value for the domain department services
- Provides full cost transparency and proactively enquires efficiency improvement opportunities
- Ensures demands adherence in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), that agreed time, budget and quality specifications are met; all within the department’s practice competence
- Is accountable for definition and recommendation delivery cost and oversees the definition of costs and schedules in the domain department
- Collaborates with IS business, functions and service owners, manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Superior IS developing and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Superior experience in leading IS people who do not report directly
- Superior experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams
- Superior experience in problem solving and crisis management concepts
- Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Fluent spoken and written English
- ITIL 4 foundation certification
