**Dein Aufgabengebiet**
- Du verantwortest du die Entwicklung, die IT Service-Prozesse-Ownership sowie das periodische Reporting von Kennzahlen und Trendanalysen innerhalb der Business Unit Technology.
- Erstellen des Major Incident Reports, systematische Identifikation der Root-Cause und Einleitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Sicherstellung des effizienten und sicheren Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der ITSM-Tools sowie Gewährleistung des Engineerings, des Aufbaus und Betriebs für diese Applikationen
- Verantwortung für das zentrale Service
- und Testmanagement innerhalb der Business Unit Technology
- Umsetzung, Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der wesentlichen ITIL Betriebsprozesse
- Führen und fördern der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden, inkl. gezielter Aus
- und Weiterbildung, vorausschauender Planung personeller Veränderungen sowie Rekrutierung qualifizierter Mitarbeitender

- und Entscheidungsfindungskompetenzen
- Bachelor in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Dank deinen Fähigkeiten konzeptionell wirken zu können sowie auch die Abhängigkeiten zwischen den verschiedenen Architektur-Komponenten innerhalb einer IT Infrastruktur zu verstehen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse im Bereich Service Transition/Service Operation/Continuous Service Improvement
- Fähigkeit zur Delegation von Aufgaben und Verantwortung, Förderung von konstruktiver Kritik, Risikoübernahme, Weiterentwicklung und Veränderung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
