**Your contributions**:

- ** Strategy and Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing branding, solution awareness, and lead generation across all online and offline channels. You'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives

**Your profile**:

- University degree or advanced studies in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
- Proven high-performance track record in building a global B2B brand and leading a marketing communications team in the field of high-tech industrial products, solutions and services
- Deep knowledge of marketing techniques including content and performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, digital marketing and social media
- Creative and curious mind with a view for quality and attention to detail
- Experience in building, leading, and working with agile teams and in managing and coordination a broad set of agency and contractual specialist partners
- Excellent leadership skills with track record of bringing out the best in people and fostering a diverse environment
- High proactiveness, persistence and drive to achieve performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally also in German
