Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Bereich **Zürich** **eine/n Storemanager/in (m,w,d)**, der/die mit Charme und Überzeugungskraft die Kunden und das Team für uns und unsere Produkte begeistert.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau und Erhalt eines positiven Arbeitsklimas durch Führung, Förderung, Coaching und Motivation Deiner Mitarbeiter im Store
- Stilvolle, kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden, Multitasking erforderlich
- Organisation der Warenbewirtschaftung der Verkaufsfläche und Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation im Verkaufsraum
- Optimierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Abläufe und Verkaufsprozesse
- Übernahme der Umsatz
- und Ergebnisverantwortung für Deinen Store und dessen Mitarbeiter
- Sichere Anwendung unseres Warenwirtschafts
- und Kassensystems
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Analysen und Personalplanung

**Dein Profil**:

- Leidenschaft für Kosmetik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Retail Kosmetik oder Fashion
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Detailhandel und eventuell bereits eine Weiterbildung als Make-up Artist/in abgeschlossen, sind teamfähig und haben Organisationstalent.
- Besitzen gute Menschenkenntnisse und verfügen über Begeisterungsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägten und motivierenden Führungsstil
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Verkaufskompetenz
- Teamfähigkeit und Führungserfahrung
- Organisationstalent und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Kommunikationsstarkes und verbindliches Auftreten
