**Floor Manager** (M/F/x)

A Luxury brand is looking for a Floor Manager for its Zurich store.

**Key responsibilities**:
As Floor Manager, you will report to the Boutique Director, and contribute to the development of the commercial activity of the store
- Managing, counselling, motivating and developing a team of Sales consultants
- Setting individual and team goals; proactively assessing and managing performance against expectations
- Acting as a Brand ambassador and role model
- Developing the Clients portfolio and reaching the sales targets
- Creating a positive and harmonious work environment
- Supporting the Product category you are in charge of via team animations, morning briefings, trainings, and via the definition and implementation of action plans to drive sales
- Ensuring that policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are well communicated and implemented
- Supporting the Store Manager in staff planning

**Profile**:

- A previous experience in team management in a Premium or Luxury store is essential
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Customer orientation
- Problem solver
- Excellent presentation
