**TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER PHARMA DACH**:
Our team in **Basel** currently has an opening for a **Technical Sales Manager Pharma DACH**
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support for technically relevant issues with customers in the BSP area, implementation and planning of campaigns and business trips. Participation in meetings, conventions, and conferences.
- Ensuring the specified KPIs.
- Market analyses for specialities.
- Supporting the development of strategies in the market segments.
- Project management of development projects.
- Definition and communication of sales projects in coordination with the sales department.
- Customer visits in the region DACH.
- Contact person primarily R&D, QM, Production.
- Generation of development projects with customers.
- Support for products that require a lot of explanation.
- Visit preparation and follow-up as well as regular reporting.
- Regular participation in team meetings and jour fixes.
- If required, participation in European conferences.
- Participation in important trade fairs.
- Support of the sales department in daily business.
- Product presentation and assessment of customer needs.
- Internal and external product training.
- Preparation of regular reports, especially in CRM.
- For the handling of products in the life science sector (purchase/sale), the employees need a corresponding knowledge of the legal, normative and operational requirements. This is made possible through regular compulsory training.
- Participation in training courses is a prerequisite for thisto the respectively valid procedural and work instructions as well asthe legal and normative basics in regular repetition (For the pharmaceutical sector, knowledge of the requirements from GMP/GDP).
- Obligation to comply with the respectively applicable process and work instructions as well as the legal requirements with regard to GMP/GDP.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Completed scientific or technically orientated university degree, alternatively comparable qualification in the fields of medicine, pharmacy or human biology. A doctorate is desirable, but not required.
- More years of professional experience in pharmacy or distribution.
- Knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical products.
- Commercial negotiating skills
- IT skills (MS Office and ideally SAP, CRM, BW).
- Willingness to travel
- English and German language skills (Benefit: additional French or Italian language skills).
- Customer-oriented and structured way of working, communication, and contact skills.
- Independent working style.
- GDP/ GMP knowledge.
