Vifor Pharma is currently undergoing unprecedented growth, portfolio expansion and diversification. We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Nephrology for our Swiss commercial affiliate. You will be working closely with our local Medical and Sales teams as well as with the Global teams. You will be responsible for the performance of the Brand Team, the allocated brands and the new brands to be launched. The role reports into the Head of Commercial and is based in Fribourg. Your tasks will be the following:

- Leads the cross functional Brand Team effectively
- Leads and manages Product Manager/ Junior Product Manager
- Responsible to set up, further develop and to execute the strategic brand Plans for the allocated brands in the respective markets
- Accountable for the respective A&P budgets
- Regular field presence and customer contacts
- Ensures trainings of sales force according to the marketing strategy in coordination with the sales manager
- Develops & supports cross-functional projects in the area of market access, medicine and sales
- Coordinates with the Group Product Manager (Hospital & Specialists)

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Academic professional education in medicine, biomedical life sciences or in business/ business administration
- Working experience in the field of marketing (RX) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Native language german or french with excellent language skills in the other language.
- Know how in the management and usage of common office programs (Excel/ outlook/ others)
- Excellent English skills
- Leadership experience, experience in people and team management

**Preferred Requirements**
- Experience in a sales function in the pharmaceutical industry
