Controller Middle Office for Custodian Banks
Aufgaben
Responsible for liaison with custodians worldwide / Responsible for perfect service to external asset managers / Control execution, follow-up and all back office processes / Responsible for settlement issues, management of multiple orders including payment orders / Coordination work with custodians, external asset managers as well as internal and external service providers / Control transactions with compliance checks and ensure correct transaction processing / Responsible for administrative work related to the transactions / Control account opening and manage open issues in the onboarding process / Ensure correct management of all client transactions / Responsible for fee collection / Support new client acquisition with accurate services / Responsible for ongoing identification of business risks / Responsible for best practices and for updating systems in the department / Participation in global initiatives.
Qualifikation
University degree / Banking knowledge and understanding of financial instruments, including funds, foreign exchange, payments etc. / Familiar with back-office processes in securities and foreign exchange business, e.g. settlement, corporate actions, handling coupons / Experience working with custodians worldwide / Team-oriented personality with customer focus / Practical, solution-oriented and quick learner / Structured work style / Ability to work and prioritize under pressure / Fluent communication with various business partners / German as well as English.
