Fund Portfolio Controller und Prozesse
Aufgaben
Controlling klassischer Anlagen (Securities) in den Portfoliosystemen / Kontrolle der Data Feeds von externen Asset Managern und Data Providern (z.B. Bloomberg, Morningstar) sowie Pflege und Qualität der Daten / Kontrolle der Stammdaten der Fonds, einschließlich der Daten fremder Fondinvestments / Bearbeitung täglicher Routineaufgaben mit mehreren Teams in Business und IT sowie externen Kunden wie z.B. Banken, Asset Managern, Daten
- oder Dienstleistern / Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Transaktionsspezialisten und dem Handel bei vielfältigen Aufgaben mit Banken, Asset Managern, Daten
- oder Dienstleistern / Controlling von externen Beraterprojekten im Middle Office im Zusammenhang mit Software Release / Controlling der Dateninfrastruktur und der Middle-Office-Prozesse der klassischen Portfolioinvestments / Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Transaktionsgeschäft bei vielfältigen Aufgaben / Reporting von operativen Verantwortungen an das Senior Management / Ad-hoc-Projekte.
Qualifikation
Master oder Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft, Banking&Finance / Flair für IT / Berufserfahrung im Portfoliomanagement klassischer Anlagen / Verständnis für Prozesse und Tools im Portfoliomanagement oder im Middle Office der Vermögensverwaltung / Kenntnisse über Anlageprodukte wie z.B. Aktien, Obligationen, strukturierte Produkte, Derivate, Funds, Funds of Funds, FX. etc. / Analytische und präzise Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten / Teamplayer / Starkes Interesse an Investment-Daten, Asset Management Software (z.B. Avaloq, SimCorp), Servern und IT-Prozessen im Allgemeinen / Starkes Interesse an Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten / Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck und mit engen Deadlines zu arbeiten / Kenntnisse in MS-Excel und SQL / Deutsch und Englisch.
