Client Onboarding Manager / Project Manager Funds Processes
Aufgaben
Downstream of Sales, responsible for client onboarding of new and existing institutional investors as well as project management in the area of structuring and interlinking of the department / As the single point of contact for the client, co-responsible in a team of two professionals for the linking of investors with reference to mandates in the investment business / After onboarding, holistic and autonomous customer service with the support of the specialist departments / Early identification of customer needs / Responsible for verbal and written communication with institutional investors and establishment of a sustainable customer binding / Responsible for the smooth flow of data and information in the middle and back-office processes to external service providers / Single point of contact for banks and custodians related to Operations / Overseeing pre and post-trade activities for Securities Operations and Corporate Action processes / Managing investment data and product information / Controlling ongoing automation of Operations processes / Supporting fund launches and product initiatives from an Operations perspective / Ad hoc project management.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master / Degree in Business Administration or Economics / Professional experience in a similar function in on-boarding clients in Asset Management, in fund management or an outsourcing firm / Investment product knowledge such as Equities, Fixed Income or Hedge Funds / Knowledge of middle and back-office processes / Experience with project management or with coordination function / Experience with automation / Interest in IT and data / Open minded / Team player / Skilled in dealing with different clients / Reliable and sustainable in working relationship / Good handling of MS-Office, Excel and PP / German and English.
