Administrative headaches for HR managers, payroll managers, employees, doctors and claims managers, were the norm. Recognising the need for change, grape aims to revolutionise the traditional employee insurance model.

**Your Role**

As Onboarding Manager you will lead onboarding projects for large customers onto our platform. Collaborating with customers, IT partners and internal teams (engineering, customer success, broker consultant) you act as key contact for customers during the implementation process.

**What you will do**

Project Management
- Develop and manage onboarding project plans, tailoring timelines and milestones to customers
- Lead customer meetings, outlining project expectations and manage communication with internal and external project stakeholders

Requirements Management
- Gather requirements around the customers feature set, personnel regulations, payroll practices and insurance policy details, ensuring compatibility with our platform
- Translate technical requirements into functional and non-functional requirements for our systems

Customer Implementation
- Lead integration projects, driving the implementation with customer stakeholders and external IT providers
- Collaborate with the customer success and the claims team to ensure an ideal implementation experience for the customer
- Coordinate with our internal engineering team for custom implementations

**Requirements**:

- Employee Insurance Expertise: Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly in group or employee benefits (Krankentaggeld KTG).
- Payroll and HR processes and practices: Knowledge of Swiss payroll practices and experience working with HR processes and systems.
- Requirements Management: You are able to translate technical requirements into functional and non-functional requirements to fully capture requirements for our systems.
- Project Management Experience: Experience managing projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Language: German and English (French is a bonus)
