The Opportunity
Aufgaben
- Support the entire sales funnel, from first contact to qualification, follow-up, deal closing and handover to the Customer Success team
- Checking and improving on all our digital funnels and further develop Business Analytics and KPIs
- Be proactive in: CRM system Pipedrive and Ortto, Google Analytics, and other relevant technologies & customer acquisition initiatives to grow our business and imprive ways of working
- Support with German texts, translations and copywritting for the website or blogs
Qualifikation
- You are based in Zurich with a permit to work in Switzerland
- You bring sales experience with a proven track record of success in B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in the home and living industry or any related creative field
- You have a strong customer focus and the ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships with a sparking personality
- Ability to work and learn independently by identifying and solving problems when needed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German, and English, as it is our company language
