Process Excellence and Product Launch Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive the successful launch of skin care products and streamline operational processes across international markets. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence in project management and process optimization.

**Your profile**:

- Education background in Supply Chain Management, International Operations Management, Business Administration or related field
- Previous work experience in **project process management,** **supply chain operations**,** product development process **from Fast-Moving Consumer Goods /FMCG or cosmetics or similar sectors
- Experienced in p**roject management methodologies** and **process improvement f**rameworks
- Experienced in** product launch management**:

- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of SAP ERP
- Fluent in English
- Strong stakeholders’ management and time management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and resilience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Availability of New Launched Products: Guarantee the timely availability of newly launched products by ensuring a smooth transition from production to distribution
- Project Management of Product Innovations and Launches: Take the helm in steering and project managing product innovations and launches in alignment with our innovation process
- Global Launches and Country-Specific Versions: Lead global launches, including the development of country-specific versions, to cater to diverse market needs and preferences
- Product Transfers and Special Launch-related Products: Oversee product transfers from production in 3PM as well as the launch of special products such as brush sets
- Innovation Project Planning and Launch Support: Develop comprehensive innovation project plans and provide support during the launch planning phase, ensuring thorough preparation and timely reporting post-launch closure
- Detailed Project Planning and Interface Management: Develop detailed launch project plans for non-innovation projects and serve as the interface between brand development and the supply chain, liaising with LPG and 3PM partners.
- Kick-off Meetings and Progress Monitoring: Conduct kick-off meetings and brief involved departments within the supply chain, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and expectations. Monitor progress closely and follow up on timings
- Performance Metrics and Cross-functional Collaboration: Define and utilize KPIs to measure project success and collaborate on supply chain cross-functional projects, including data maintenance in SAP and support for updating artworks for secondary packaging
